Small Group Training sessions will keep you motivated, accountable and on track to fast results. It's well known that having a workout partner works better than trying to do it alone. Just like building a fence, two people together get it done faster.
Our small group classes are private to you and your workout partner, family members, or friends so you are never uncomfortable but forces you to have the accountability needed to insure success.

We come to you to hold these sessions and we provide all necessary equipment for the workouts. A clear area is all you need to provide.
