This Is Me...
Like most people life moves on. We get busy being busy and fitness and nutrition takes a back seat to working, raising kids, and trying to find enough time to get everything done to live life. As a result my lack of an exercise lead to a large object around my mid section called "a fat roll". Nothing sugar coated about it, I was now fat, overweight, out of shape and headed for an early grave.
It was 2:30am one night when I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and I walked by the mirror and was stunned at what I saw looking back at me. It was me and I was disgusted at what I had become. I vowed at that moment to do something about it before it killed me.
I had a gym membership but didn't have the extra 2.5 hours a day to make that work with driving there, looking for parking, finding a sitter, etc.. I needed something that worked fast and was flexible with my time crunch.
I found Beachbody, and what I actually found was that I was officially out of "excuses" as to why I couldn't do it and get in the best shape of my life that I wanted to be in. It was affordable, time flexible, all inclusive, and had tens of thousands of testimonials of others who it worked for before me.
I bought a program, did it for 90 days, Lost 50lbs. and never looked back. I became a Beachbody Coach, and a trainer and have helped hundreds of other people have the same results or better than my own. Today I am who I am because I choose to live without excuses. You can do the same. I love helping people change their bodies and lives forever It is the most rewarding thing I've ever done in my life next to the birth of my kids and marrying my wife.
